The wing sauces are great. Especially the Chezzi. The wings themselves had plenty of meat on them. Not those scrawny little crispy critters you get at some of these wing places. The fries were cooked and seasoned well. So as far as the food goes, 5 stars. The reason I gave 4 is because the sweet tea tasted old. Also, the men’s room was out of order so I was forced to use the women’s. That toilet didn’t work either. Also, they need better dipping sauces like the ranch, bleu cheese, etc. Not a fan of Ken’s. Maybe they should make their own. The customer service was top notch. Andy answered all of our questions about the sauces, asked if everything was ok, and gave us these little coins good for 5 free wings on our next visit. So all in all, I would eat here again.

I have eaten at spice wing before and I love their kickin’ bourbon and hot lemon pepper flavors. This time, I ordered through uber eats for delivery and somehow missed the selection of “all drums” (yes, I have gone against the grain of being an all flats type of person). Uber Eats would not let me edit the order or cancel without an exorbitant fee so I decided to call the restaurant. At first, I was bummed because they said there was nothing they could do on their end since I didn’t pay the upcharge, but to my surprise, they still delivered the order of all drums. I was so excited and that little bit of customer service goes a long way! I will definitely order from them again.

I am not one to try new places, so I didn’t know what to expect at first, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service, given the restaurant industry has started cutting a lot of corners since 2020. Everything was freshly cooked and delicious, and the man working (by himself, by the way) was juggling multiple customers at a time and both running the registers, cooking, and taking orders out for curbside pickup. I highly recommend this place and will be back!

I came to this Spice Wing before new management took over and was not a fan. I gave it another try after seeing it open again and I can say I was truly blown away not just by the taste and quality in food but also the great customer service I received, from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. I spoke with a manager and he explained that they recently took over this location and they are doing everything they can to reverse the damage that was done by previous management. I wrote this review to support and commend their efforts as it is now owned and operated by people from our small sugar hill community. I ordered the 10 piece combo with half honey BBQ wings, half garlic parmesan wings & potato wedge fries with Parmesan cheese and it was so good omg! I will definitely be back!

So the other day I placed an order online. 10 pcs. Hot with lemon pepper sprinkles. I got home and noticed I had 14 instead. So I just thought it was my “lucky” day. WRONG! it was the most miserable day in my 30’s. Turns out the extras wings was given to me because they were spoiled. So I ended up getting food poisoning. So y’all can chance it if you want but I’ve learned my lesson.

Food was awesome and Owner Shafvar was amazing. My son came from Texas and tried it and raved about it. I then was taken there and became a returning customer. Now under new ownership and worth going there. Try the wet wings lemon pepper and tenders. So so good.

I ordered 2 meals through Uber, only received 1 drink although I ordered 2 (meals). None of the fries were seasoned, no sauces for the chicken (most of their advertisement). Basically just a box of chicken and unseasoned fries…. Could have gotten this at the grocery store. Also ordered 6 counts and they are both missing a tender! Only got 5 in each. I called the store and spoke to an undertrained employee who had no idea what to do but ask me questions about what I ordered after I already informed them. Was told there was no manager available to speak to. Highly unsatisfied with the money I spent here.

Food was burnt took one bite from my chicken tasted horrible. I call the store the manager answered, he told me it wasn’t burnt that he had many customers that ate out of that fryer today and had no complaints. That it was just crispy I asked for a refund he said no because he thought I was lying. Horrible customer service will never go back!!!
