Hidden little spot. Order at the counter and grab a seat. First time here but so far the shrimp and goat cheese frittata is insane. Tons of veg, hot and fresh. Plenty of coffee and quiet classical music. Excellent way to start a Sunday.

The best breakfast spot in Denver doesn’t serve breakfast anymore…I know they went to catering only last year but I still google the place every few months to see if the kitchen has reopened to no avail. Unfortunately, I must accept that I’ll never have another delicious chicken fried steak unless I order enough to be catered. Not a bad idea for fans of this place to get together and have breakfast catered…just a thought. RIP spices cafe ( the actual cafe that is closed )
