I love this place! They did a dish with tofu for me as I’m vegetarian and it is just wonderful. I ordered the curry chicken(tofu substituted for chicken) and it has a wonderful taste.

Great little gem in Kemah. Food was great and the man at the front desk (had tatoo sleeves) was super amazing and extremely friendly. They really have a great employee running the place. My Magnolias beef dish was excellent and not greasy at all and super fresh. Highly recommend this place for takeout and the dining area seemed nice as well.

Im giving it 5 stars because they were one of the few restaurants open on Christmas. We waited patiently of course meanwhile the staff did their best to accommodate LARGE families, and they did. Yes there were some rude customers here and there but overall the staff were pleasant about the interactions! We normally eat at home for holidays but this time around we had unexpected things come up and truly did not have time to make it home. The dishes are definitely spicy! If you can barely handle anything hot – I would ask for mild or no spice at all.

This place has the most authentic dry hot pot dishes we’ve had anywhere in Houston. This is a hidden gem for those who love authentic Sichuan cooking! The restaurant is nicely decorated and clean with great service. Don’t delay and save the trip to Houston’s Chinatown by going here, first, if you’re in Galveston County or in the Kemah / Clear Lake area! They have XiaoLongBao filled with lots of meat.

Some of the best Chinese food in our local area. Massively underrated! Give them a try. We have ordered delivery and dined in, and the quality of the food has been consistent. We went on a quiet weekday, and wish they had more customers. Our server was wonderful, so lovely to the kids.

The food was great. The only thing that would of made it better would of been if the food all came out together. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Their lunch menu is a standard Chinese food menu. We got General Tso’s chicken, beef and broccoli, and mixed vegetables. You can ask to add tofu (there was no extra charge).

This review is for Spicy Panda that just opened up last week where Szechuan Garden used to be. They have not changed the sign but the menu and food is totally different. The menu looked like they have some pretty authentic Chinese dishes like Peking duck, soup dumplings, stirred seafood with chinese chives, etc. I was skeptical at first because we’re pretty far from Chinatown but I was VERY pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. Definitely Chinatown worthy!! Portion is big too. I’ve been back twice already to try different things from the menu. Everything has been excellent so far! I did not really care for the previous restaurant at this location so this is a nice change for me.

We eat here every weekend almost. Friends are always impressed with the food. We have tried many things and all are perfect as far as ourselves and our friends can tell. So many dishes and appetizers are our favorites we have a hard time choosing. A few dollars more per dish, but well worth it. Dining room is very plain but large with plenty of room and clean.
