I recently had dinner with two friends while visiting this Marriott resort. We ordered the chicken Picata, chicken marsala and chicken penne. I ordered a minestrone soup which was excellent. The dishes were just alright. The atmosphere and service were their strong suit. The wine was nice and they have a great selection. One of the better restaurants at the resort.

Fabulous. Brand New restaurant inside Rampart casino and JW Marriott. Beautiful decor, scenery, the waiter was charming and food delicious. Chef and GM came by to say hello. Fell in love last night (1/10/23) with the Prosciutto & Fig pizza with arugula, parmesan cream sauce + balsamic vinaigrette dressing at Spiedini Fiamma which opened this past October at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa + Rampart Casino in Summerlin. It was a captivating blend of flavors + textures from chef Paula Smagacz. Dig the restaurant’s small plates, too: the bruschetta, shrimp scampi, meatballs with ricotta + (not pictured) crispy calamari with zucchini.
