Spindler is one of the good Mexican fusion food in Ptown. Pricey but worth it. Only complaint, if you give full veggie fajitas only three small tortilla just plain business to make customers order more, anyways, server was good, friendly and suggestive. When we went there, it was not busy so server was able to give enough focus. But during busy time, it could be different. Overall, they have different seating areas and request what you want and hostess try to accommodate that. Their cocktails are great but i like the one with lavender and regularly margaritas.

Walked in last night at 6:30pm to catch dinner before a show. Spindler’s was on the way and empty. I’d been there 2 years prior with no complaints. But last night the host wouldn’t give a table for 2 unless I gave him a cell number. The reason? Because my walk in somehow had to be recorded in the system which required a phone number. So I left.

I would recommend going there for the food – and only that. The rest of it is kinda meh… I got a drink with a couple of fruit flies in it, and the only thing that the waiter said: “ah yes, the fruit flies are everywhere, they are kinda nasty”, – he left straight after saying that.
