The atmosphere and staff were great. I was so disappointed in the taste and quality of food. The food lacked flavor and tasted like warm up meals you buy in frozen section. Do not let the pictures fool you it looks tasty but was not.

Stopped in for lunch. The half & half chicken salad with house made pepper jelly vinaigrette covered it all. One of the best grilled chicken salads I’ve ever had. Great food and great service. I’ll be back.

You must go to Spirits! This restaurant is amazing, our waiter Zoltan was knowledgeable of pairing wines with food and the drink menu. Our food was absolutely amazing! We had devil eggs and crawfish beignets (not pictured). My family ate them so fast, I could not get a picture. I had the shrimp and grits which was flavored to perfection. My husband had the surf and turf which he said was perfectly cooked! The children had the (kids hamburger and chicken tenders). Well, at the end of the night we could not decide on which of the three desserts we wanted, so we picked ALL three! They did not disappoint! We tip our hats to the chefs for perfect dishes throughout the night! We are a military family and have traveled around the world. This restaurant is certainly top of the list for best atmosphere, wait staff and food! Thank you for the experience!

The first time visiting this place, the elder guy at the door did not greet my family and me upon entrance. Next, our waitress took the orders and called herself memorizing the order and completely screwed our orders up! The grilled cheese that supposedly is for the kids was grilled as if dogs could chew the sandwich. It was burnt and completely hard that was not toddler edible. The drunken mushrooms were soaked in beer which resulted in the taste being flavorless and much more of the beer they used to cook them. The New Orleans bbq shrimp were good alone, the French bread was tough, hard, and crunchy and the sauce that came with it was salty and very much not needed. The cheese grits felt like I was eating sand. It was really gritty and grainy. Once it became time to pay for our food, the waitress went missing and no one in the building could locate her to take our money. Another waitress ended up processing our payment for us to leave. This waitress did not check up to see if we needed any condiments, silverware, refills, etc. The place is a great atmosphere, however, if the missing waitress would have stated her name in the beginning I would have tagged her name. My family will not be back. Definitely DONT be fooled by the pictures!

I remember when spirits first opened & I loved their spinach dip. I went here with a large group over the weekend and our server, Mrs Jackie took GREAT care of all 18 of us while waiting three other large groups. Service did move a little slower, but there was live music and a great deal of people in the restaurant, so it was expected. The drinks and food tasted as well as they were presented. For seafood however, I would recommend letting them know if you desire it cooked at a different wellness, as this isn’t often thought of. I see why they’ve lasted throughout the years, I’ll make sure I return the next time I’m in town!

This was my second visit to the location my first being a basketball ceremony. This was a dining experience like no other. We celebrated my daughter’s 13th birthday and I tell you our service was on point “Zee” was our server who never let our water glasses empty and who helped make the night awesome! A new restaurant to add to our list!

Great local cuisine! Good music on Wednesday nights. Outdoor patio on the weekends is nice for just hanging out – and bring your pets! Food is wonderful and a wide variety of “spirit’s”. One of the best restaurants in Louisiana!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We were a party of 6 and me and my husband got there first and were sat. We sat there for 10 minutes and not one person came up to us. Then the rest of our party came and we sat there together for 20 minutes. So a total of 30 minutes and we didn’t even get greeted at this point. Mind you it wasn’t busy at all. I had to get up and ask where our server was or even if we had a server. Then they tell me she is coming, I’m like ok. And when they said she was coming I didn’t think they meant through the door, but she she did. Then she took our drinks and 5 out of 6 ordered bar drinks. 3 came and I had to get up myself and go to the bar and get my drinks because they had been sitting there. Then I pulled a hair out of my drink. Being a server myself, I would never give that type of service. Management there wasn’t great either. But the food was good.
