Absolutely great place. Food is top notch AND affordable. Nice and cozy place. Before you go to the multiplex across the street eat here or maybe afterwards. It’s a few miles from where I live but I’m sold. It’s worth the drive.

Went to Splendid for the first time with an old friend. We needed breakfast fast and Splendid did exactly that. Pictured are the OJ, Cappuccino, Phoenix Burrito and Chicken & Waffles. Everything was awesome, had fast service and very tasty food. Can’t wait to go back. Tip for parking: park in New Roc City and walk across the street. Lots of traffic causes spots not to free up right in front of the diner.

It was across from Applebee’s and the Cinema. They have quite a selection of food in their menu. It was about a 10 min walk from the hotel. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable as well. Overall, great experience.

Whenever me and my family drive from NYC to New Rochelle, one of the diners we’d go to would be this very Splendid Diner. It’s not your average diner, but they also serve some Mexican plates. The interior is beautiful, because on the side of the restaurant, you’d see the beautiful Regal Cinemas (I’ll get into it later) and the sadly permanently-closed FunFuzion. Even the radio station they play on the radio makes me feel like I’m at home since I am a fan of retro music. The TV they share is local news, which is a mixed bag because I am a native New Yorker (and yes, i was raised in Westchester County at one point). Anyways, back to the topic, the food is delicious! I’d definitely recommend trying that place if you’d like!
