Absolutely loved it. Don’t let the outside fool you. It smelled so good I did not stick to vegetarian for the meal. Small menu of simple foods where the natural flavors just pop. We had the catfish, the grits, the biscuits – whew! – and the omelet or bacon ham and sausage. Portions are big.

Staff was friendly and efficient, though the Cook messed up my order. I was served in a chipped plate(ok, just a pet peeve of mine), but the food, God the food was excellent and at the end of the day, that’s all that matters. I definitely will be back with my family next time. 4☆ s out of 5

I came in looking for some good food and I found it, served by some very friendly people. They were attentive, making sure the areas were cleaned right after other patrons left, and I didn’t even have to ask for a refill before it had already been brought to me. I really appreciated that because they brew their tea in-house, so I was expecting a refill charge; there was none. I expected my bill to be around $15-20, but in total it came out to about $12. I left a $20.

Only my second time here, but same laid back atmosphere, pleasant greeting, pleasat young lady who took my order. Ordered catfish, grits, and scrambled eggs with white toast. Food for take out came in about 10 minutes. Looks good so far. Wil update later.

What you see is what you get. Food is ok. I ordered to go from here twice and both times something was missing from my order. Please check your bags before you leave. They need more employees and a bigger restaurant for the amount of traffic they have. Seems like locals only kind of spot.
