At Spoons, we value Freshness. Our savory soups, crisp salads, and signature focaccia sandwiches have been growing with Fort Collins for over 15 years. We’re proud supporters of local and regional farms, purchasing much of our meats and produce locally. Our mission is to always serve fresh eats that are crafted daily and never cooked from frozen. In fact, our only frozen items are gently frozen soup quarts that you can buy for dinner or lunch the next day.
Come in to savor the flavor of Spoons. You can never get enough hand-crafted fresh eats.

I’ve been coming to Spoons for years and I’ve always liked the food a lot. They have good quality meat and the soup, sandwiches, and salad is all tasty. The green chili soup is my favorite one. I will say that it is a bit expensive for what you’re getting, especially if you’re getting multiple things. The focaccia bread seems to have changed a bit too and was pretty dry today which was a bit disappointing. But my food was good and I enjoyed it overall. But with the prices this is more of a once-every-six-months-as-a-treat kinda meal.

Spoons used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Fort Collins. I used to recommend anyone who was going to Fort Collins to eat there. Their soup is still delicious, but I am very disappointed in the changes they have made. They will no longer let you sample the soup before deciding what you want (something that was a wonderful part of the experience before), and I was also very disappointed in how the salads are prepared now and the quality of ingredients, as well as the quality of the bread. If you were to visit now and had never been before you will likely think it is a good place to eat. But, having eaten there for years and now missing the quality that was once offered I am sad to say I will not be recommending friends to go eat there any more.

I used to be a regular customer but the new changes have made this once great place, not so great. We used to be able to sample the soups before buying. We also used to have combo options that included the focaccia bread. Now everything is sold separately, and besides that, the salads have gotten more expensive, and smaller. It’s disappointing to say the least. I do understand prices need to go up every now and then. But please, make it worth it for customers to come back. People hate feeling like they’ve been ripped off.

Spoons has always been one of my favorite places for soups and sandwiches however the recent switch from focaccia bread to French bread for the sandwiches has left me dissatisfied. The focaccia bread is what set Spoons apart from any other sandwich place in town. Bring back the focaccia!!!

Used to frequent Spoons often and would order takeout. The last couple times I’ve ordered takeout, they don’t read the order and miss the protein option selected, which is an additional charge. Sad to say I probably won’t be ordering from here again.

I really hope the manager sees this review! I am a very honest and humble person but the customer service was horrible. Spent $48 on lunch to get treated like we were an inconvenience because we asked questions about the soup bowl sizes, if your company still had taste test and how much the cookies and bread were. I let the girl know that she was rude and had bad customer service then she proceeded to roll her eyes. I should of asked for a refund and walked out we felt so uncomfortable eating in there we should of left.

I’m a foco resident of 20 years and have eaten at spoons numerous times. Its always been good and constant, I like eating here when I feel under the weather, who doesn’t like a bowl of soup And a grill cheese when they don’t feel well, unfortunately now because of inflation a bowl of soup is $10. For a bowl of soup grilled cheese and a drink is $20! I can make soup and grilled cheese at home for a week for $20. I’m unsure how your campus locations will survive with prices this high. I’m glad I made it through college before bowls of soup started costing $10. Good luck in your future endeavors it’s been a great 20 year relationship, and maybe we can see each other again someday if the inflation game comes down!! One love!
