I remember going to Sports Fans all the way back in high school (pretty much 20 years ago, gosh I’m old now). This is yet another long-standing Bettendorf institution I hadn’t been back to visit since moving back to the area about two years ago. After spending some time in the Village of East Davenport, I was still hungry and very awake, so I decided to stop by on the way home.

Unfortunately, the pizza we just had delivered was overdone, see photo. We were hoping to add this to our rotation of Quad City Style pizza places but I’m shocked they let this go out the door. A large, almost $30 pizza, should under no circumstances arrive at the customer like this. The manager needs to make sure they don’t let pizzas like this get delivered.

Come to QC every Labor Day weekend for Motorcycle event. Used to go to Franks for a number of years but have swithced to Sports fans for about the last 7 years. Dined ouside tonite, our server was Madison. Excellent service and food, Per her recommendation had the Farmers appetizer platter with SW ranch dip. AWESOME!! Have always loved their fried greenbeans! pizza is far better than Franks Better crust and better sausage (sorry Franks, but we are from Chicago and Italian Sausage is a key ingediant). If you have not tries SF give it a try, you wont be dissapointed, be sure to request Madison as your server!

On a Thursday after 7:00 p.m. Guy2. Service was OK 3 server’s brought water food and my check at bar… Not once was I asked if Everything Pizza was ok!!! Even when I boxed my own food it took a few minutes to get check. I Was sitting by containers on bar so I did it myself. Paid for $26 large pizza and staff didn’t even say thanks or ask how the food was again!!! New customer I should have been asked I would think!!

2nd time here tonight. Super packed house and had a spot to sit with co workers. Ordered pizza to go. 1/2 cheeseburger 1/2 The Works with Jalapenos. Pizza was delicious. Waitress super awesome. We will definitely be back.

My concerns with Sportsfans is mostly the attitude of the servers. One day the service is friendly and excellent, the next several times they’re rude, not attentive, or they’re paying more attention to the regulars and not new customers.

Pizza was good. Really loud in there because it’s small and ppl are watching sports. Hadn’t been there in years. Pizza was ok, nothing to rave about. It was really busy which shows a lot of ppl like it there. It’s not bad there just ok in my opinion.

I’ve been coming here for 30+ years. This place has gone down hill big time. Horribly small portions for what the cost of their food is. Looks like one of the employees got hungry before I picked up my order. Shame on this place. Never again.
