This was our first time to visit this Spring Creek Barbeque location (06/2023). It had been at least a decade since we’ve gone to one because the trips there in the past were less than satisfactory. Some of the staff members were extremely helpful and patient with our blunders during the ordering process; we had forgotten that this is one of those restaurants where you order your food as soon as you walk in. Some employees were more curt and less friendly (the manager on duty being one of them). The restaurant was fairly empty, but we counted 10 tables that hadn’t been cleaned as we were trying to find a seat. Those were the only derogative things we experienced. The food turned out good. We tried the spare ribs, brisket, green beans, pinto beans, fries, and rolls. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet for what’s usually a busy night at most places. We will come back soon and see if we have an even more pleasant experience.

The food was very good as the staff who serve the BBQ. You can choose chicken, turkey, briskett, sausage etc and you have a sides. The corn and Mac and cheese were very good. You can have potato salad, bean, etc. For dessert ice cream, pecan pie, other pies and peach crumbs with ice cream. Very good. The place was clean and the food great. Staff polite and friendly. Recommend.

Absolutely horrible. I was one of 3 customers in the entire place. The lady who is supposed to pass out fresh rolls was leaned over on her elbows just watching or playing on her phone. After 30 min I walked over asking if she had any bread and she shook her head no and pointed to the lady at the register. I asked her and she said we don’t serve bread. I ordered a southwest salad which came half full had very over cooked chicken and was missing the bell peppers. Nobody cared to fix anything. Just held up their hands like oh well. I can’t believe it. Absolutely horrible!

We went to Spring Creek BBQ and received top notch service from the girl who was bringing out the rolls, named Hailey. We were extremely impressed at how hard she worked and professional she was. She also took the time to ensure we felt welcomed at the restaurant.

Came to eat at 5:45 on the Friday before Memorial day. Not too busy and service was courteous clean and prompt. The food was amazing. The rolls are perfect! Brisket was better than expected. The sauce is the best I’ve tasted in chain barbecue. 5 out 5 would recommend

We had 2 for 1 rib dinners , which made it very good value. The spare ribs were very meaty, well seasoned and well smoked. Make sure to get the bigger ribs as the smaller ends were a bit over cooked and tougher. The sides were had, baked beans and coleslaw were pretty good, but could use a little more seasoning. We’ll come back again to try more of their meats.
