Amazing place to order from. Spring Garden in Hudson NY fulfilled a huge catering order and has always come through in the clutch. The food is amazing and the customer service is outstanding. I want to say that this is one of the best Chinese restaurants that I’ve ever ate from. Everything is top quality. I highly recommend this place . The prices are reasonable and the food is amazing I’ve been coming here for about twenty five years and they just get better and better every time! They are a beautiful family and I love them all!

Awful!! My husband and I ordered the triple combo shrimp & broccoli with soup, shrimp wasn’t deveined and cleaned, rice wasn’t cooked properly, wonton was half cooked with only 2 wontons and the garlic sauce was terrible. Food was prepared in 3 minutes, that says a lot, I wish there was a half of star, this place deserves it, will never return again.

Ordered online and was charged around $ 2.00 more than what the reciept said. The quality and amount of food given is nothing like it was 5 years ago. It’s sad to see what the pandemic and inflation has come to.

Food was great- portions large enough they thought this was all for four people (not the two of uslol) hot&soup was not hot (spicy) but it was tasty and the fried soup noodles they provided made up for what was lacking

I got the general Tsao’s chicken and it was the best I’ve ever had. So delicious. Crisp on the outside, perfect sauce flavor, perfectly cooked white meat chicken on the inside. Plus some veggies. You could really taste the quality of the meat and the freshness compared to other restaurants. Also, I am from NYC so I have ate from a lot of really good Chinese restaurants to compare it to.

The first Chinese place I enjoyed over 20 years ago as a kid. I live in Albany, NY and this gem in Hudson is still my #1 and likely always will be. If you havent had it Its a great experience. Food is delicious and atmosphere is great at an unbeatable price.

So they have changed hours and now close on Monday’s. Bummer but on the upside the ambiance works for families and private meetings. Prices are with the normal range and the hosts are very friendly.
