This review is after my second visit. I have been excited towards this return. The Spring Garden is great for those on a lunch break. I was not disappointed in the portion sizes, and the service was excellent every time. The food was hot and quick! If you can stay longer or in search for a homemade supper, the meals are exactly like Mother used to make after church on Sundays. The desserts are superb! Be sure to get pie à la mode! Will be returning for more.

The food, atmosphere and service is outstanding! I love this place I have been going here almost every Sunday since I was 13 and I’m 28 so that’s 15 years.. Everyone who works here for the most part that has been here a long time knows us by name and knows what we want to drink/order right off the bat, wanted to give a shout-out to Carly, Kathy, Valon, Vlora, Val, Charlene etc, the owner himself, everyone here is awesome and you just can’t beat the food here you never leave hungry still.. see y’all next Sunday thanks again for a great experience as always

If I could give 10 stars I would! I’m kind of picky and my substitution requests were met flawlessly. The B&G were spectacular, the cinn French toast was delicious, and the staff! The attention and incredible service we received was great! Our food and coffee were hot and fresh and our cups were never empty! We don’t normally frequent Collinsville but I am sold on the 30 min drive to come back to this place! Thank you for a great first impression!!!

Repeat visit. We hadn’t been here since before the pandemic. Their menu is unbelievable!! A wide and varied menu, breakfast all day; (a definite plus!). Food was served hot and delicious!! The American fries with added onion were the bomb!! Ham is real ham, not some cheap imitation or Spam!! Sausage was also good; I preferred the patty over the links. Bacon was crisp and fantastic!! We will definitely visit again, hate to lose a great Mom and Pop diner here locally. Service was excellent. Only drawback was fighting a pesky fly the entire meal!!
