So happy to have a Vietnamese restaurant nearby where I grew up so that I can come get my fix when I visit my parents (they just had phō for the first time here tonight and loved it). We got the special phō and the beef/brisket phō and as someone who eats Vietnamese cuisine at least once a week in various restaurants around NYC – I gotta say the broth is delicious and the noodles are the good squish kind and not the fall apart kind! Was also delighted that tripe and tendon are included in the special phō. And the bowls are huge! The quintessential shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce also live up to their usual standard with added bonus of tasty basil and perfectly squishy vermicelli and rice wrapper. (One of my favorite bites of all food.) We also got the fried dumplings which were delicious and very crispy. There’s a great cocktail/wine/beer selection (shout out to the lychee martini) and a dessert and bubble tea menu as well. Beautiful restaurant inside and out (nice lilies and sunflowers!) and very kind folks running it. Looking forward to coming back to try my other favorites: the vermicelli bowl and the bahn mi! Oh and also the selection of Thai food… my dad is going to be upset I don’t want to eat his cooking anymore in lieu of this restaurant

I think this is a nice place to gets some appetizers and drinks. We ended up getting about 5 apps and then 2 entrees. I would say the appetizers were better. It isn’t anything super special but it was still good. My two favorite things were the crab rangoon and the shrimp spring rolls.

I was craving some pho and decided to go the nearest one in Methuen. This restaurant is right next to Dunkin’ Donuts with a large area of parking. Once you enter you’re greeted with the beautiful decorations of flowers, plants and colors. They have a bar area to sit and watch sports with the guys and a dining area with booth for family get togethers. Staff was friendly and attentive. Their pho soup was up to par but their pork chops was the dish that gave me a surprise. I have plenty of experience eating in Vietnamese restaurants and one of my favorite dish is grilled pork chops. Spring Restaurant’s pork chops were very tasty! Definitely different from others. Even my partner enjoyed his food very much. I believe they cook their food with love! Would say this is so far the best Vietnamese Pho Restaurant I’ve been to in north Massachusetts.

My husband and I recently discovered this place. It was quite delicious. My husband had a pad thai dish and I had a noodle dish with pork and a side of steamed vegetables. The meat in mine was seasoned perfectly and paired nicely with the plain noodles, and it came with an egg roll. Maybe I was just extra hungry, but it tasted amazing. Now I’m looking forward to going back.

My friend and I come here frequently. Besides the delicious pho, chicken and shrimp spring rolls, and coconut smoothie with boba, we come back because we love the guy who is always there. He is always so sweet, patient, and courteous. Love being able to support this business in anyway possible!

I love it here. It’s always so clean, relaxing, and the service is amazing! I consider this place a reminder of home. The pho broth is really good. They recently added bun bo hue to their menu and they make it pretty good! Best of all, the portion size is great. I never leave hungry. Other things I’ve had that I love here- their banh mi, spring rolls, avocado spring rolls, vermicelli noodle dishes, and rice dishes! The only thing I’m not a fan of is their chicken pho but only because it’s garlic heavy and my stomach can’t handle that. But when I did eat it, I finished the whole thing and thought it was tasty! Would def recommend coming here over pho city at the loop.

Phenomenal! We live near the restaurant and wanted to try it. The order was done quickly. I would order straight from their website because the delivery was cheaper than GrubHub. The delivery fee is $6.

Very nice atmosphere and design. I am usually very picky when it to Vietnamese food but I can honestly say it was best pho and bun bo I’ve had in a restaurant that I can remember. Great service and we’ll be coming back whenever we’re in the area. Give these these guys a try, you won’t regret it
