$25 Only 1/2 the buffet open, not a single thing on the buffet was more than luke warm. Food tasted stale and like it had been cooked at 5pm and stored in a warmer until 730pm. I tried 10 different things, and nothing was fresh or hit. Even the new shrimp that was brought out was cold. What a fail for a $50 dinner.

I was disappointed in the brunch. I would play more for the quality of the food to improve. Service was great, coffee was great, but the food just did not taste that good. Hard rock music was really loud over the speakers for brunch. I have always heard the buffet at the casino is really good. I hope things do get better. Hope the review helps! Good luck.

The Spring River Buffet has gone downhill over the last few years, and there are some nights that are better than others. The peel and eat shrimp and the salad bar is always good. The food was decent and the service was good. They have dropped the price of the buffet, but unfortunately the quality went too.

The absolute worst food I’ve ever had. There on a Friday and half of the buffet was not set up. Hot offerings were Catfish, ribs (with mustard sauce) brisket that was mush floating in sauce, frog legs, fatty wings, catfish, assemble your own sloppy joes with rock hard buns, cafeteria pizza, mashed potatoes, and macaroni. The catfish was the only thing that wasn’t disgusting, but it was almost cold. Even the desserts were either flavorless, or disgusting. The staff however was very friendly and prompt. The manager was very professional. But that doesn’t excuse a $30 buffet tasting that awful.

By far, one of the worst buffets I’ve ever eaten at. I’ve been in the restaurant business for almost 40 years, so I know a little about food. I get that it’s a different business since Covid hit, hard to find help, no one cares about their work ethic anymore but there’s no excuse for putting out cold, uninspired, low grade food on a buffet. It’s pretty bad when the only thing edible was the salad bar. I was embarrassed to leave that much food on my plate, but it was horrible. This place used to be fabulous, but has done a complete 360 in the last couple years. If I was the manager, I would be so embarrassed. The reviews tell the story of the last couple years. Go to the sports bar or even the snack bar if you’re hungry but don’t waste your money on this place.

Horrible experience. The food was barely warm. The choices were the bare minimum & very bland. It’s sad what has happened to this buffet, it used to be amazing! Not to mention the service staff throughout the casino have gotten way worse. A lot of them have horrible attitudes and are downright rude. Everything at Downstream used to be top notch. What happened?

Gross!!!!!!!!! It hasn’t been very good in the last few years anyway, but we went back after having not gone for about six months and wow it was even worse!!! Black bacon crumbles, soggy fish, cold eggs, even the desserts were bad. This is the first place I have ever seen chicken leg quarters served. They raised the prices and started serving even lower quality food. Downstream management doesn’t really care anyway. Look at the horrible reviews and it just keeps getting worse. Even worse they charge 18.99 for a nasty breakfast buffet. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else!!

The price was outrageous for what we got. The food was just warm. The buffet wasn’t full, it was quite empty. When did pizza, ravioli and fried chicken become seafood? The waiter we had was awful. He didn’t check on us until we were done eating. The gentleman at the front IS NOT PERSONABLE!!!!!!!
