My 3 kids had an absolute blast! The food was delicious and they loved being able to eat whenever they were ready and being able to pick their food out and make their own plates was a big bonus to them! It was well worth the money. We stayed for approximately 4 hours and they could have kept on going!

So we had my son’s birthday here. We waited for our party room well after our start time. We had all our guests in the waiting room. After our party and pizza and cupcakes I felt we were rushed out. The food here is just awful, but they make so much, I get it. The games and activities are what you’re really going for. We had so much fun playing games. I felt like a kid again. But I left hungry. Great fun, food sucks.

I went here with a huge group with school and we had such a fun time! The food was ok, nothing fantastic, but still pretty decent. I really enjoyed all the arcade games and different offerings that they had. This would be a great spot to bring a group for different events and gatherings.

so they have a good buffet good salad options definitely the cheapest food price of any of the family fun centers,I mean you can eat go play games and go back and eat as many times as you want.,better attractions than main event or chuckee cheese.

In town for a family trip, and we had a great experience! The service was very friendly, the young lady at the front desk helped us choose what package was best for our party of 11. The buffet was good for the kids, there were lots of options. The game area was a blast! There were games and activities for kids of all ages, and the $20 card was more than enough for all of the kiddos to enjoy themselves. All in all it was a great for the adults and kids. Will recommend will return.

I wish there was a way to leave a review with a negative stars score. On Aug 5 my family visited the Incredible Pizza location in Springfield. I had a coupon to use for the weekend. We purchased two gaming packages and buffets for our two kids. The girl at the counter asked if we wanted buffets. My husband and I had already eaten so we told her no. We were just going to let the kids eat and play. She told us we could not enter with our kids. She put orange bands on their wrist. I asked what they were for. She said for the buffet. So I asked if I could have something showing we were not going to utilize the buffet so we could go in and keep an eye on our kids. She said no. So I then asked if we were just supposed to send our young kids in without us. Her response was yes.

Incredibly FRUSTRATING and Incredibly UNHAPPY. Prepaid game card wasn’t working. I spent nearly $70 at entry for the meal and game card. I spoke to someone at the ticket redemption area, and she quickly rattled off the remaining balance on the cards. One still had $20 worth of game play and 6 attractions. I told the person that the card wasn’t working and that the entire card thing was confusing. She suggested I try another machine. I told her I was frustrated and didn’t understand. She was non responsive, so I tossed back to her and said the cards were worthless to me. Still no response except that there were 100 tickets. That wasn’t too helpful. I went to the front, asked for the manager. I didn’t expect much, so I wasn’t entirely surprised when the manager came out front chatting with coworkers looking and acting like he didn’t really want to assist me, before he even got to me. He walked slothingly up to me. I told him I didn’t expect resolution and I didn’t get any. I showed him my receipt and he shrugged. I left after that. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Buffet was decent. Brought the kids and dropped 180.00 on games and food. The attractions were on point and the service from the employees was excellent. Where I do have a problem is that more than half the games would require a swipe of the play card, deduct monies, and not deliver on the game. Claw machines claws remained closed and never opened. Card swipes on some of the games were completely falling off. About 1/4 of the games were completely turned off. Kind of hard to explain to a 3 and a 5 year old why they can’t play some of their favorite games they saw here that they also see at Pizza Ranch. Not the Incredible Pizza Company I remember.
