This is the first time I have found gluten-free Detroit-style pizza! I am used to the thin, flavorless cardboard stuff so this was amazing! The sauce also had a nice little kick to it. Also got an order of the GF waffles since it is rare to find those as well and they were great! I couldn’t eat all that food but I brought it home to my kids who don’t have gluten allergies and they loved it too.

Me and my friend come to the 4th Ave food court all the time to talk and have a coffee. Today we finally tried the pizza. 10/10. The meat grinder was a little greasy, but as expected. The breakfast pizza is to die for. I can’t believe I haven’t tried it till now. I was stuffed after a piece of each, they are super filling. The crunchy crust is like crispy heaven.

best pizza ive had in so long!! cant have gluten and lactose but the gluten free crust and vegan cheese is so good. a little bit pricey but honestly worth it. super fresh amd customizable and the store is SO CUTE. so aesthetic and adorable, the restroom even has cute dog paintings hung up everywhere!! nice self serve for beverages and outdoor seating available. both the cashier and chef i interacted with were super nice and double checked my dietary restrictions. overall amazing food and experience and definitely will be going back :)) also the pizza box is literally the best thing ever with the messages and doodles !!

Absolutely loved the gluten free pizza! They were super considerate and pulled my toppings and sauce from clean, uncontaminated containers, used clean utensils and did everything they could to make sure I could eat a safe pizza. As a person who’s had celiac for over 15 years, this is the first time I’ve ever had a deep dish pizza in my entire life. It was amazingly delicious!! Will definitely go back. I also love that they pick LOCAL charities every 4-6 weeks to donate to. This week it was for incarceration meditation. I love that.

The place is great, meaning location and the environment. The pizza was delicious but a little pricey for the portion. The customer service needs a little attention though, I came with friends for the first time and we didn’t know “the system” for ordering etc. Staff was not very helpful acted like we should know better. Overall, good and cool place to go.

Best waffles ive ever had!! Definitely eat them while they are still hot and crunchy. Theres a big open space for outdoor seating to relax and enjoy too, with a bunch of flowers, plants and cute banners. For the more daring you can sit inside a bus! Occasionally there are people playing music on the stage for nice ambience. Absolutely amazing to sit outside and enjoy the music, art, and nature sounds.

I’ve been looking for Detroit-style vegan pizza for a while, so I was very excited when I saw that Satch had vegan options. I eat a lot of vegan pizza, and this place has some of the best I’ve ever had. The cheese they use is amazing, the pepperoni was excellent, the crust had a nice crispness to the ends. If you’re vegan and have been looking for a good pizza, this is THE place to go!

Littles and bigs loved everything about this Satchel’s offshoot. The vibes cannot be beat. Littles loved the trinkets right off the order counter and adults loved that it kept them preoccupied while we figured out what to order.
