I love when there is obvious “love of the craft”. The dough is phenomenal. The toppings spread evenly. The crust is flawless and the same width all the way around (you would think they measure it lol) just a great pizza all around! I’ve been there multiple times and have had a great pizza every time.

My family and I were traveling through and looking for a place to eat. We wanted to try this restaurant based on the reviews, so we stopped to walk our dogs before placing our order. The owner drove up and was very rude to us, yelling about how “this is not a rest stop”, and that we were taking up parking space for paying customers, despite the fact that we WERE planning on buying food, and there was literally no one else in the parking lot. The owner’s rudeness ruined what could have been a good experience for us in a new town and we took our business elsewhere. The parking lot was totally empty, so who knows if they would’ve had other customers come through, but his attitude definitely lost our business. If we ever stop in this town again, we will definitely skip this place.

I was craving some pizza today and decided to order from Squigi’s in Highland and I’m glad I did. I didn’t let myself get swayed by a few negative reviews because there was just as many positive reviews. I ordered the king supreme pizza and the vote is in, it’s definitely one of the best pizzas I have tried. I was told 40 to 45 minutes and I set my timer and it was ready exactly as I was told. The pizza was nice and hot, loved the red and green peppers and the sauce was perfect. Kudos to you on a job well done. I will continue to order Squigi’s on my next pizza craving.

Zero stars should be an option. I had been working extremely hard on a 12 hour day full of labor without a lunch. At the end of the day, I walked in, ordered a pizza. The owner seemed very abrasive, heartless and frankly acted like I was putting her out by asking questions and ordering food. I placed my order. One large pizza with a couple of toppings, extra cheese. I was told it’d be 45 minutes. I left, went back to work and came back 45 minute later, with an insatiable appetite. My pizza wasn’t done for over an hour afterward (and they weren’t very busy). When it was ready, I tried to pay for it. There were no signs that said that they would not accept $50 bills. That was all I had and the owner just refused to take United States legal tender currency, because she didn’t know how to identify counterfeit currency. There are more than 10 different ways to verify it’s real and she just said she wasn’t going to learn how. Without any notice, she just refuses to take 50s. Well, that meant I wasn’t getting the food I ordered and waited over an hour for. It was a Sunday evening in Highland. Nothing else was open. I will never forget your lack of reasonable business practices, you complete ignorance, lack of desire to learn, your arrogant attitude and how you treated me when I was hungered with no other place around to eat. I will never patronize this establishment.
