You need to be on the lookout because it’s tucked in next to a storage building. But you’ll be glad you stopped. Breakfast or lunch, all Irene’s are cooked to order. Eat in or to go, the quality is outstanding. Bologna sandwiches. Biscuits and gravy. Excellent choices.

Best bbq in the greater Brewton area! Great smoky meat, yummy bbq sauce and big portions! Both pulled pork and ribs are awesome. The mac and cheese and camp stew are delicious too. Got the 4rib plate. They were great but one was small, not much meat. At the price I paid, should have been premium. Portions of coleslaw and beans was very small. Overpriced.

Everyone was very helpful, the service was excellent. We got a brisket as part of a fundraiser and it was cooked to perfection. The baked beans are delicious with little bits of meat in the them.

I have eaten here twice since their opening and both times were during the lunch rush. They were quite busy both time but the wait was not long at all despite the amount of people waiting. So far I have had their brisket and 1/2 chicken. Both were so good and the bbq sauce is the best I have ever had. The blonde taking orders was so helpful and knowledgeable! I will be back.

Do yourself a favor and go try this BBQ! This place delivers what we know as good ol southern bbq, and those desserts are to die for. The bbq sauce is sweet and the meats are tasty. Highly recommend!
