WOW!!! If you are ever in the area, try this new spot at The Wash in East Nashville. This is the Thai Chicken House that we needed. I ordered both the chicken entrees. One was grilled and the other fried. This food was so good that it will put you in a bad mood if you have to share it. Every bite is important! Get enough for everyone and go try everything on the menu!!!

Food and service are great! It helps me not missing Hat Yai fried chicken in Thailand a little bit. It is the same concept with fried shallots on top on fried chicken but not as flavorful as a regular Thai fried chicken you can find in Thailand. Don’t get me wrong. I really enjoyed the meal but I set a very high expectations because of some influencers on Instagram said this is an authentic Thai fried chicken.

The food was so good, so fresh! We ordered a four piece Gai Tod to share, mango sticky rice, and two coconut drinks. You wrap bits of chicken and fresh veggies and rice in lettuce or cabbage, dip it in a sauce of your choice, and voila—party in your mouth. The coconut drinks were refreshing and such a fun presentation, and the mango sticky rice cubes were a delicious ‘topper’. I also ordered a drink at the bar which was a bonus of this multi-restaurant setup.

The food is excellent! Chicken was crispy and truly flavorful. Sticky rice, veggies, herbs, sauces and crispy shallots all included. Got 2 pieces but next time I am getting 4 and skipping breakfast. Do it!

I knew I would be coming back to this place after my first bite. I got a whole fried chicken, which comes with two sides of sticky rice and a salad, for $35. Pretty good deal since it fed two people and we still had leftovers. The food is sooo delicious and the flavors felt new to my mouth. In a city filled with chicken restaurants, this place is an absolute standout!
