Very chewy dough even when I asked for “well done” I got the Detroit style and nothing was hockey town about it. Got a traditional pie as well and that was even tougher to eat. 5.4 on the deep dish and I give the traditional a 4.2. If I had to order from this place again I would but I’m sure there is better pizza places here in Youngstown I have just yet to discover them. I’m from Cleveland and it is my mission to find the best pizza in Youngstown. This is not it.

Just tried this for this first time and it was very good! Very high quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. This is the best crust I’ve ever had. We had the chicken bacon ranch and the Youngstown pizza. A great amount of care went into crafting these different flavors and both were amazing in their own way. Thank you!

Very disappointed. Based on other reviews we were expecting great things. The pizza we received was not very good. We tried 2 different pizzas and both were really dry and almost overbaked. The spots that you could taste the sauce was ok. Also could have used a little more toppings.

Delicious food. Bistro is set in kitchen at back of bar. Walk up an order take out, eat at bar or down stairs in bocce court area. Pizza is award winning. Wings are huge, breaded and flavored just right. Chicken and greens quesadilla is also one of my favorites. Nice variety on menu to choose from. Relax and have a beverage while you wait for food. This one man show is worth it. Owner is so nice and pleasant all the time and delivers a great product.

I have yet to experience a St. A’s pie that was less than stellar. As others mention, the crust is incredible–a touch on the thicker side, with a crisp outer shell, but light and fluffy inside. The subtle sprinkling of herbs and cheese is a great touch. The chicken bacon ranch is my personal favorite, but the pulled pork is a close 2nd. Best pizza in the Youngstown area.

Absolutely, hands down, the best pizza that I have ever had, and I have had a LOT of pizza. I got a Neapolitan and a cheese and it was so good, I ate the entire Neapolitan in one sitting. The pie is cooked pretty well done by default, which is the mark of a quality pie in my eyes. Not greasy or heavy in the slightest. This pizza is what dreams are made of. Will reccomend to every human being I speak to for as long as I live. Bravo.
