We stopped in for brunch on a Tuesday. It was fairly empty when we arrived and we got to pick our seats. They definitely keep it cold inside. The inside is very clean and minimal. Service was friendly and we did get water refills timely. The food was good and the ingredients tasted fresh and well-prepared. I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich which had sausage and bacon on it. The hash brown was nice and crispy, good seasoning and just a tiny oily. My husband enjoyed the avocado toast which had lots of toppings. Maybe a tad pricey overall, so I wouldn’t make it a regular breakfast stop, but I’d come back to try some lunch or dinner.

Very tasty chai latte, not too hot to drink, and nice toast with smoked salmon, etc. The cafe is pretty and minimalistic but voices carry so it’s kinda loud. And though I liked what I had, the smashed peas were a bit simple considering how many I received. The breakfasts I saw my neighbors eating smelled super good! Would go back to try other dishes.

Service was amazing, very bright and bubbly and very helpful. (Mallory). I had an almond coconut seasonal latte and the smashed peas and poached eggs for breakfast, which was amazing as well. All in all, it’s a great find, and I will be back!

The location is great, plenty of parking. The menu is amazing. The food- gahhh. Both beautiful and delicious. Lots of flavors and ingredients. Definitely will be back. I love the colors and the vibe. Very minimalist and earthy. The seating situation is a little strange. It feels very on display when I prefer a more private feeling when I dine. There are a few tables available but most of the seating is very close together. The service was great and the food came out quickly.

Awesome! The food and atmosphere were great! This is a must place to visit. We had the Avocado Toast, Corn Fritters with Salmon and the Cheddar Chive Biscuit Sandwich. I recommend them all! Full of flavor and stunning presentation. Service was good too. I would highly recommend eating here and I would eat here all the time if I lived in Des Moines. Price slightly on the higher side.
