The customer service was impeccable. I met Doc today. He is extremely kind. His energy radiates goodness. The food was hot and good. Our portions were more than enough! I’m new to the area and it was nice to meet someone soo friendly and welcoming. He shared with me valuable tips regarding business. I got a feeling that he’s a fountain of wisdom. Placed an order over the phone. Was told 15 minutes. I get there in 20 my food is not ready. They got my name completely wrong( which is fine). Still the same order but it wasn’t ready. 40 minutes it took. And the guy complaining about you told me wrong name. Like that’s not even the issue. Told me to leave and my food wasn’t even all there. Asked for the gizzards I paid for already. And i get told never come back. Wow all because they didn’t have my order ready in time. An hour lunch break and 40 of it waiting. Terrible customer service.

Overall food normally is delicious. I had a bad experience, fries fried to hard and too much seasoning sprinkled on chicken. Called during a different shift and I received an apology but no compassion since it was not her shift. I may or may not eat there again. If I do, I will definately check my food before I leave the place.

My family and I LOVE this place and their chicken and fries. We come there many of times and spend a lot of money there. For this weekend, we ordered a large amount for a certain time. We commend them having the chicken ready on time for us to pick up. However, when arriving home to count the pieces, we were short 5 wings. We called the facility to let them know the issue and they denied that it was the wrong count and said it was all there….we counted multiple times and know for a fact it was not the complete amount. Food is great, but this situation could’ve been handled better regarding what we paid for and not getting all of it.
