St. Louis Fish & Chicken cannot cook fries worth two red pennies. Every location you visit has the same problem of soggy and undercooked fries. My biggest gripe is they are not consist with the quality of the food. For example, you get a different style of fries with each order and the cheese is sometimes melted instead of the nacho cheese style I prefer. This makes ordering from them a toss up. The chicken is lovely; however, it could be crispier when requested.

The hot honey wings were excellent. They were the large full sized wings as well, not those piddly broken apart wings that most places sell. The staff were very welcoming as well as prompt and had my order ready exactly when they said it would be. I will definitely be back!

So first it would be helpful if the employees understood the American financial system and spoke fluent English but that’s an issue on its own.. I’m amazed how dirty this restaurant is my feet are sticking to the floor as I wait for my order. I look over the counter and the floor is covered in raw food and grease. Is the st.louis health department non existent at this point? St Louis county restaurants are some of the dirtiest I have ever seen.

The customer service at the Saint louis fish and chicken on Parker rd is horrible the employee answered the phone and was yelling and being very rude he took the order then hung up on me… my niece leaves to get my food and it was not ready and 6:30 when order was placed at 5:57. You ask for a refund and they do not want to honor that.. the manager was even rude. I would never order from them ever again.

Food is far from fresh, I have a pretty strong stomach and this made me sick. Went up there for a correction and they had the worst attitudes. He got into it with the women in front of me and the people behind me as well. Definitely will not be coming back.
