I just had a cheeseburger from here and it was SO GROSS. I wish I could get a refund. The bread is way TOO BIG and the burger is SKEET. It’s not real beef. Frozen patties. They put way too much mayo and ketchup on it. It made the bread soggy. YUCK!

I called ro place an order on 8/11/23 at 5:30 pm it took forever to get through the guy answered rudely told me to hurry up and order I was taking to long. I replied your job is to take orders I spend a great amount of money at this location several times a week not anymore. It’s a shame when you patronize resteraunts in your own neighborhood

I just had to be extra. Rode all the way out in the county to try a fish and chicken i had never been to because all the city places are packed (Because they got good food). I ordered a large catfish nugget meal that came with fries and I also got a cheesecake. Let me first say the person working the register was very nice and welcoming. So they get 2 stars for that. The portions are pretty nice too. As for the food…the catfish was disgusting. It taste like it was cooked in old grease and it taste like they didnt wash them before cooking them. Whatever seasoning thy use it just did not taste right at all. I found myself picking through it getting really grossed out and eventually giving up on the fish. The fries were dry yet moist. Like they been sitting in the basket. I eventually accepted that I had spent my money on naaasty food but I had faith in the cheesecake. The cheesecake had a strange after taste. The only way I can describe it is its like it taste like dirty water. The crust taste like it was made with grease. I literally just threw away a big as plate a food and a piece of cheesecake.

I was not impressed at all. I did a call in order for my job. I have never eaten at this place. I call the order in over the phone. I ordered 20 catfish fillets. When I got there 30mn later. I received my order and when I checked it. It was a pan full of chicken wings. I took it back in and told him, I ordered catfish fillets. We go back and forth for about 5mn. Then he said. I will charge you the difference between them. I asked why am I paying more taxes. I already paid taxes on the order you messed up. He stated over and over. I don’t get it…..ended up paying it. Now 20 mn. later the fish is ready. I looked over at it twice then a third. I asked, “What kind of fish is that”. He replied, “What you mean, it’s fish What you ordered “. I said, “What kind of fish is that catfish”. He replied, “Ahhh yes that’s what you ordered right”. I said, “You sure, cause it doesn’t look like it, my dad taught me what, Jack, Buffalo etc. taste and look like”. He replied, “Well this is”. An older gentleman was in line and looked and stated, “You’re right, that’s not catfish”. Then he admitted he stated, “This is Swai…we sell this and may mix it with catfish. This is our catfish, we use Swai, because folks say it tastes like catfish”. I said, “Wow you take folks money, we don’t ask we assume you guys sell what you advertise”. A younger gentleman at the end of the line was shocked and walked out. I’m going to end this, be careful what you buy.

I ordered catfish nuggets and shrimp last night. You know how ppl be double frying stuff that’s what they did to me had me messed up all night and the sad part is I didn’t eat it all like 8 pieces before I notice a funny taste. The point is they will never see my money again I will pray for those who risk it . First time last time!!!!

I gave this place a three stars on food because anytime I’m in this area I’ll order and I know that they put lemon pepper on so I want it I always get lemon pepper on maybe just one or two pieces of chicken when I have a small order because I don’t check the bag before I leave but the service is always great and when I call in the order it’s always done when I come pick it up yeah the lemon pepper is only good when you sprinkle it right out the grease so getting it home and sprinkling it’s not the same but keep up the good work thanks!
