So I read the reviews, pulled up and saw the cute little place and smelled the smoke. And I wanted to love this place. Sadly I didn’t. Admittedly I cook a lot of bbq myself so I’m very picky. I got a half rack of ribs and a pound of brisket, no sides. The ribs were a little tough and chewy and the brisket was a little roast beefy. Not a huge smoke flavor even though they are cooking on an offset. Brisket had a slight aftertaste. The sauces were both okay. But one note. No complexity of flavor. All in all, acceptable bbq with a cool atmosphere and really nice people! I wouldn’t avoid it, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there again.

Awesome Q! Picked it up before the 2022 Citrus Bowl and it was the talk of the tailgate. Brisket was outstanding! Had family at the game from TX and they were impressed with the brisket and all the tasty sides. People at Vic’s were so kind and held back enough for us after selling out earlier in the day. They also checked on me the following morning to see if everyone enjoyed. They really care about their customers. It’s my go to anytime, I need Q in the O.

Best in Orlando, actually best in the entire USA! This was made with love! Best flavors all around! Best mac and cheese and collard greens I have ever had! Best pulled park, best sauces! You pull up and you smell the smoke. You smell the fat rendering off of the ribs and brisket. This is what true BBQ is supposed to be. I’ve been to many BBQ joints in Orlando. St. Vicks is leading the pack by a LONG SHOT.

I got the lunch special for me and a coworker. We both enjoyed it very much! Meat was piled high on the sandwiches. Sides were great, and I really enjoyed the Carolina bbq. I will definitely be back! I placed a catering order and it was very simple because they knew how to recommend portions based on the amount of people potentially attending. Just picked up my order from St Vic’s. Get there early, they run out of everything within 2 hours of opening. The best part is when you get home and taste test your food! OMG!!! The ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and we got all of the sides. Perfection!! Can’t explain it any other way! We’re BBQ people and this is the BEST in Orlando!! Thank you St Vic’s!!
