I have eaten hamburger steaks at a lot of places but this was the worst I’ve ever tasted. It was supposed to be made from ground chuck. I don’t know what you’re mixing with the ground chuck but it had a strange texture and tasted like potted meat or Vienna sausage. I let two other people taste it and they agreed. Another person ordered it and said it tasted like it was mixed with liver. I only ate one bite and really wished I had spit it out. I did not complain, I just didn’t eat it.
