Amazing stop for a sandwich on the way back down from Canada. Their “club foot” sandwich was fantastic. I’ve tried a lot of sandwiches but this was something special. I got it on the bread of the day (everything bread) and it was packed with flavor. I got “The Clubhouse” and my wife got the teriyaki rice chicken bowl. I got the chipotle ranch on the side and it contributed heavily to the experience. Fresh and packed with toppings – I wished I had brought another sandwich home to go it was so good. Service took about 20 minutes – which we expected as it was made to order. The ambiance was really neat, a lot of original art around and shirts for sale. I wish we lived closer – I would totally be a regular.

Staggering Ox in Butte Montana is amazing! Unique sandwiches with amazing breads and sauces. The Flatfoot Turkey Melt and Ox Fingers are so good! Great atmosphere. Excellent service from Shanda! She explained the sandwich choices, gave recommendations and was very nice to all customers. Thanks for a great lunch!!

I got the 406 and got my son the sticky fingers kids meal. His was bread guts you could put jelly and peanut butter on. My sandwich had a whole bunch of meats and cheeses it was awesome! Chipotle ranch was a perfect spice level too!

Great food as always, however I felt the cashier & the cook were highly annoyed. I ordered the teriyaki bowl without rice or potatoes as I always have & it’s never been an issue. I also was fine with switching to a salad if they couldn’t fulfill that request any longer. I received my food from the cook who looked as if she wasn’t happy in the slightest.

This place is a vibe all it’s own. I had the Pizza Melt and my wife had the Countess. Her exact quote “That was delicious! I’m so glad I got it!” Try the raspberry ranch and their extra large cookies phenomenal staff that treated us with so much kindness. 5 stars just isn’t enough.

So glad we discovered this gem on a road trip. Excellent customer service. They even gave us some cookies and a sticker. Kiddo really enjoyed the pizza rounds (sans the pepperoni) off the kids menu. Teriyaki bowl was a solid healthy option and my sandwich was so tasty dipped in raspberry ranch sauce. (A must try)
