This is my fourth visit to Staks on Poplar. This was my second time ordering the cinnamon roll pancakes. This doesn’t look like a cinnamon roll as it did the first time I had it. It doesn’t taste like a cinnamon roll at all! It tastes like regular pancakes with cream cheese drizzle on it dusted in powered sugar.

A little confused at the style of service here. You wait in line to order but then a runner brings you your food but then no one ever checks to see if you need more drinks or if you actually got your food (several items were not brought to us). I did give a tip that the hostess earned. She was great. Vegan bowl was amazing. The rest of the food was pretty good.
