One of best burgers I’ve had!! Easily top ten if not top 5! I tried the Street something burger and it sounded good but turned out CRAZY good. Taco seasoned pattie, fried Corn fritter, jalapeño cilantro aioli, guacamole, cheddar cheese (I think) and a couple other things it fell apart but it was worth every messy bite.

Combination restaurant and hotel, built over a hundred years ago and just beautiful inside if you like historic rustic style ….we enjoyed a yummy helping of Irish stew and wine for breakfast. Got info on Sanford Labs research on dark matter, so interesting! The servers were delightful to chat with and hope to go back sometime soon.

The food was great l, and reasonably priced. We came in during the Sturgis rally, so that’s saying something. This place was relatively empty compared to other restaurants in the area. The poor young waitress was working alone for the bar and tables. She handled everything with a smile and everything was fast. Top it all off with the building being historic, we enjoyed our experience.

The food is stellar. Completely unexpected for what looks like just a bar when you walk in. The service leaves a lot to be desired. We were seated promptly and then waited for over 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. The guy who finally ended up taking care of us couldn’t get the order straight. He kept forgetting things. He said he was new, but from the looks of it, he was new with no training. But the food was so good that I’d be willing to give them another chance.

Awesome building and decorated well inside. It’s a little on the darker side on the inside but not to the point it is bothersome. More like mood lighting. Service was great and quick. Couple different vegetarian options to choose from! I had the vegan pasta and it was delish!

Waited over an hour to get our food. Some of it was cold, pasta dish was way undercooked. And Monte Cristo was like a soggy pancake sandwich, which was inedible, but the waitress kindly refunded.

Very slow service, which may be due to short staff. Main complaint is when we ordered our drinks, we ordered 3 diet cokes and one tea. When the drinks arrived, we noticed the diet coke did not taste like such. We ask the waitress and she stated it was Coke Zero and that they didn’t carry Diet Coke. We should have been told this at the time of the order. These two products do not taste similar at all. Two of us went ahead and drank what we could during our meal while the other could not drink any and ask for water, which took another 10 minutes to arrive, AFTER we ask a second time. The food was ok, typical for bar food. Disappointed she still charged the two of us that drank less than half of the drink during out meal. We did drink the product so had no issue in paying for it but it would be a good gesture to offer to take it off the bill. There was no apology for deceiving us. Only after we ask about it did she state it was not what we ordered.
