Now that they moved the buffet downstairs they charge almost double the price for less than half of the selection. Bland food with cheap fillers like pasta, pizza, bread, salad.

Stand Rock Buffet at Ho Chunk Gaming Wisconsin Dells (3214 Highway 12, Baraboo, Wisconsin 53913) used to be an excellent buffet, especially on Friday nights when they had a large selection of seafood (all types of fish, shrimp, etc.) in addition to everything from chicken, spare ribs, large salad buffet, massive dessert section, etc. They charged $13.99 on Friday nights which is a reasonable price.

This buffet used to be amazing BEFORE the remodel, but now it has half the selection it used to with double the price. The food was poorly prepared too, like buffet meets school cafeteria. It’s disappointing because any time we came to the dells we tried to stop by for dinner here, but this last trip was so unacceptable that I highly doubt we’ll ever go back. Seriously, old country buffet is probably much better than what this place has become.

I went here with a friend and his parents back in 2016 when spending the weekend in Wisconsin Dells we ate here two days in a row, the first day was pretty good. The second day not as good but probably because we were tired of it LOL.

Very poor quality food. Fruit flies buzzing the food, staff dressed in t-shirts. Food not labeled and if it was labeled you couldn’t read it because of being black on black. Atmosphere that would be most closely compared to a hospital cafeteria . Do not recommend at all. Save your money and go to a pub an grill.

Food was very unsatisfying. Me and my family were very disappointed because we came from out of town where usually casino buffets are delicious. This particular place did not fit in that category. Very disgusted by the disrespect we encountered from the staff when we told them about our food. In other words DONT EAT HERE !
