Food wasnt very fresh. The chicken had a rubbery texture it had been in the warmer way to long. The fries were soggy they had probably been under the heat lamps for an eternity. The hotdogs were burnt to a crisp.

The guys are a hoot with the jokes as you walk by. I was dying for an Italian sausage but their smokes sausage was a great substitute. & the guys 2 doors over gave me jalapeño for it. Always a yummy quick fix

I saw turkey leg on display and looked good but when we went to order I asked how much and he said 10 before tax then when I said okay he said 13 something… but they still looked good and I got one. He went to the back and brought back a tinfoil wrapped turkey leg 1/2 the size as the ones on display.. it was dry, small, and the flavor was bad. Wouldn’t recommend going and I won’t be back.

Best hot dog and sausage sandwich I have ever had. You have to get it with the peppers and onions. Fries are made to order and cooked to perfection. Pricing is also good considering the location.

It’s gross street food that will probably have you running to the bathroom after. I was just walking by with my 17lb Maltese terrier mix around 11am and the food workers started yelling at me “hey that dog bit me”. It is my first time in Gatlinburg, I had never been here before. They said “that dog bit me yesterday”, I said that couldn’t be true because I had gotten into pigeon forge last night – I’ve got the Dollywood pictures to prove it. The men behind the counter continued to harass me, I had to wall away. I should of called the police.

If you like getting talked over while you’re trying to order and made to feel like your business is completely unwanted, by all means order here! These guys are horrible. They are disgustingly rude. Our family has stopped by here almost every time we are in town, but the way we were treated this last trip we will never darken the sidewalk to this roach box ever again. I’ll be sure to spread the news of the wonderful customer service.

Not a friendly place to visit. Was on a great vacation with family and thought a cheesesteak with cheese fries would be good and boy was I wrong. While ordering the cashier was saying and repeatedly to get me to add to the order and also talking over my shoulder to get others to come up. The other cashier was hollering at passerby to come up and telling people who were just standing to move along and not kill his grass (no grass just sidewalk and benches). With such a great place to experience this spot will bring you down so please stay away

KEEP WALKING! We stopped here and got a quick bite to eat while we walked. Total mistake. My husband got a turkey leg and it tasted dry and old. He only ate a few bites and got SO sick from it. Ruined a few days of our vacation. Do better and dont get people sick!!
