I have never thought of a sandwich as a full and fulfilling meal before today. My husband doesn’t even like pork, and he loved the Cuban with pulled pork and ham. And the cookies? Amazing. I feel like I’ll actually be full til supper.

We are locals and we love their food! Muffuletta is my favorite and my mom loves the Cuban! The pasta salad is also light and very flavorful! The cookies are really big and yummy! Of the three downtown trucks, this one is my favorite- best fresh bread in town!

I’m born and raised from St. Bernard Parish and the muffaletta here absolutely SLAPS! Anything they have with pimiento is delicious as well. My wife and I really enjoy the chickpea salad as our side with our sandwiches too.

I finally got opportunity to eat here last weekend. I haven’t stopped talking about our experience. First, the food. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The Cuban lives up to the hype. THE BEST. period. Tried all the soups… YUM! Second, the people. Passionate about food; generous & engaging with their customers. We will definitely be back.

Delicious soup, friendly staff, clean outdoor dining area, and I also like how they have compostable utensils and eco-friendly packaging, instead of styrofoam and plastic. I’ll definitely come back!

Hands down best food in Ruston. Period. I have tried most of the menu and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Also, if you’re passing through on I20 it’s a quick stop off the highway, real easy to get to.
