Very delicious pizzas! The dough isn’t too thick like other places that make Cuban pizza, and the edges are toasted and crispy. I also tried the milkshake but it wasn’t anything out of the ordinary. It was my first time going and it certainly won’t be my last.

This is the real cuban pizza. Lots of cheese, thick crust and that really crunchy border that we cubans know and love. The milkshakes are delicious too. The staff is very nice and the prices are good.

Cuban pizza is a culinary marvel. It makes me ponder why. Just how the hell did Italian food made by a Cuban take off? I grew up eating it so it’s more of a nostalgic feeling. It’s a powerful sentimental emotion of why I choose to eat a monstrosity of puffed bread and the globs of cheese. It feeds the body and soul. This is a local joint. You’ll find the local Cuban ex pats and plenty of local chatter of the days events or you just might bump into a friend that you haven’t seen in 20 years from the island.

Thanks to Star Chiguas’s Team and specially to my waitress Dagmaris for been such a professional. As I arrived they kindly envited me to seat by the coffee bar and wait for the table I requested, but the service was so good that I decided to order my pizza by the bar. The pizza was tasteful as well as the suero de helado. Loved this place. Can’t wait to return once again.

Non sense pizza place, great staff and amazing pizza. I ordered a half and half pepperoni and ham family size pizza and it was delicious! Well covered in cheese but not salty which it was weird considering the amount of cheese. They have juices, coffees and ice cream.

The star-shaped pizza is the only thing worth getting here. And it’s just for the novelty. The pizza, itself is kinda average for Cuban pizza. And the restaurant lacks the charm of other Cuban pizzerias in the area. The menu is also kinda limited. There’s better pizza Cubana to be had in Hialeah.
