Star Shooters has really put itself out there as a part of the Big Rapids experience. The owner and staff have stepped up to give back to the community in novel ways. They have great food (try the wings), hold events, have games, and offer a fun night life here in town. I like the day or early evening experience because service is A+. It’s a great place to bar hop which people do frequently. I can’t imagine what Big Rapids would be without them.

They have politically discriminated against me on their social media in public. The music is always ridiculously loud. The staff can be rude and getting a drink takes way too long. The place used to be awesome it has gone downhill significantly.

The blonde bar tender is the rudest person I’ve met anywhere in a long time period and on top of that she is incredibly slow. The new bar back girl with short hair and tattoos was super nice though and the other bar tenders are decent, just the one probably shouldn’t be working any kind of a people job. They also apparently like to lie about events that occured in there review responces to make themselve look better. I believe the owner is refering to me trying to sign my tab at the end of the night, and to say forced my way in past bouncers twice my size is getting pretty imaginative.

Here’s an honest review. Food is very good and a really reasonable price! Drinks are smaller but not too overly pricey and usually taste very good! Dance floor is pretty good with a good variety of lights and the music is capable of getting loud which is good!
