I’d give a zero if I could. This location use to have great service when they opened, now it’s like I’m bothering them just by asking them to correct my order. We paid for extra cheese, they sent it out and forgot to do that. I politely returned to the front counter, kitchen staff is already staring me down. I told the counter worker that I added cheese and they forgot. She immediately snatched my tray and walked off. I sat back town. Next thing I know my sandwich is given back to me with cold hard cheese on my hot sandwich. They didn’t even reheat it, wereas 3 years ago when they were new they made me another sandwich entirely. Didn’t pay $27 for cold cheese. Thumbs all the way down.

Happy to be back at a Starbird. This location is nice and the food was delicious as I remembered. I tried the Seoul Star sandwich. It was flavorful with a little heat. My mom had the Classic Tenders with fries. They were good but I want to try the new Sweet Thai Glazed ones. Can’t wait to go back.

Went here on a recommendation and this place did not disappoint. I ordered the Nashville Hot sandwich and regular fries, I got a water but kind of regretted it because the fountain had cream soda (which I’m personally a big fan of). The flavor wasn’t as hot as I would have preferred but it was tasty and paired well with the sauce, pickles and lettuce that came on the sandwich. Chicken itself was perfect! Juicy, tender, and crispy; just the way a chicken sandwich should be. Fries were hot, crispy, and lightly salted and they give a good portion. I noticed that the menu had a plant based chicken option also which I find very thoughtful and wonderful that other dietary preferences are considered at this shop. Great experience 10/10 would come again!

Chicken was moist. However their Nashville hot was not hot. Great flavor though I was just expecting a little more heat/kick to the spice. Portions were filling. Took our food to go. Wait time was not bad, came in on a Saturday right at noon. Will come back and try the other options. Mainly the tacos.

My son brought me here, I had never heard of it. I was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed my Sweet Thai Glazed Chicken Strips. Very flavorful and all of the food is fresh. Im definitely coming back to try some of the other things on their menu.

Delicious and cheap for the amount of food given. Loved they had a document about the ppm for celiacs!! Haven’t gotten sick once, very happy they are gluten free. They also prepare the food pretty fast, sometimes within a few minutes of ordering depending on the day. Unfortunately whenever we order take out, they put the cole slaw in with the chicken box and it makes it very warm 🙁 which is kinda of gross, so I usually don’t eat it when we have takeout.

OMG!!! A must for great chicken. Our 1st time here was today and they were doing an opening training. WOW…. fantastic food and service. We ordered a garden bird (vegetable protein) combo with French fries, a Nashville combo with cole slaw for dine in. After eating our wonderful combo meals we wanted to purchase a family meal to go….well, since it was a opening training day they wouldn’t accept payments so we left a $40 tip. This is a much needed restaurant with quality eats and positively based staff. Highly recommend. We will be back once they are open and training is over.

New chicken place. Everything we had was delicious. They did a good job of taking off items on sandwiches for dietary needs. A little pricy but its a good step above fast food. Their in house aioli was rad and their lemonade was solid. Nashville hot sandwich was amazing. Korean was also tasty. Fries were good, slaw was tasty. Had kale and not a wet slaw, more depth. Will return. Has both good indoor and outdoor setting. Their ready now wall was a good touch for knowing when food was ready. Adrian did a phenomenal job. Good on them for helping us do our order and get us extra cups.
