Worst customer service experience ever. I walk up to the register. No one there, no one else in line. After waiting a minute or two someone finally comes to the register. They walk up and just stare at me, not saying a word, no expression on their face, nothing. I stared back for a moment waiting for him to say something, and after realizing he wasn’t going to give me the dignity of acknowledging my presence, start my order. He rings it up and gives me my buzzer without saying a word, expressionless. I say thanks and walk over to my table. I don’t know what I did or said. I’ve never been treated that way at any restaurant of any kind. Will never ever go back to Starbird.
