My husband and I ordered through the drive-thru for my tall flat white. The “voice” on the intercom was so polite and friendly. (Her name was Amanda.). She, and another, barista, were incredibly efficient and so friendly. The flat white was also very good. These two employees are the reason you received 5 stars, Starbucks!

Nicest staff I’ve met. Was on the road and popped by for a cup of coffee at the walk up window. All three people there sat and chatted with me for a bit since it was a slow day. Little personable experiences like that always make the stop worth it. Used to work for the company so was just cool to get their insight.

The Starbucks took 24 minutes (no exaggeration) to make 4 drinks and then screwed up the order. Cream and extra sugar hot coffee is not hard, and we got a black hot coffee. Did you even try? Their inadequacy was well beyond new worker struggle. I pretty sure they were under the influence of something. They couldn’t speak coherently at times and asked me to repeat the order at the window (not even drive thru) several times. It was very frustrating.

Worst Americano ever. It was the color of weak tea. It hardly tasted like anything more than hot water. Customer service not so great either. But the coffee… I can’t believe I just wasted my money on that. If it was possible to get back to the actual store to get a replacement one I would have, but that would have taken a 30 minute detour. Dumped it out. So disappointed.

Came through at 6:20am and sat at drive thru window for 7 minutes to find they still weren’t open. Website says open at 6am. This is not the first time this has happened at this location either. Please adjust website hours to reflect your actual hours.

Generally a standard Starbucks, but being at a highway rest stop if you walk up you’re made to wait for a server as nearly all are dealing with the drive up customers. Apart from that the only downside is that nothing is at hand, so you have to get back into the back of the line for half and half for your drip coffee, then do so again for napkins to collect the coffee which inevitably spills from the open top as it always does. It is great to finally be able to buy prepared Starbucks drip coffee at a rest stop, because Starbucks drip coffee is always cheaper than Dunkin Doughnuts (Starbucks Venti [21oz] drip: $1.98, Dunkin Doughnuts “Great One” [20oz] drip: $2.32, Starbucks is $0.34 less expensive for better/superior coffee).
