Maybe it’s because it’s right off the highway but this place has outrageous prices, even for a Starbucks. I got a grande caramel macchiato and it came out to over $7!!! For a GRANDE! Not even a venti! No wonder there was no line at 8:30 AM. Inflation is already bad enough.

I stopped before work to get a coffee and asked for extra cold foam. My drink was made by Aubrey. When I received it there wasn’t even the normal amount of cold foam. When I asked for more she loudly mocked me with her coworkers. When I asked for a manager the staff told me that there was no manager there other than a staff member standing in the back. He said he was one of the managers although he clearly wasn’t. He said he saw nothing despite being one of the people loudly mocking me and refused to provide me with information to contact a real manager. Prior to this taking place I overheard the staff loudly mocking the previous customer saying that she could go to McDonald’s if she couldn’t afford Starbucks. What kind of people do you hire here?

Although it’s more akin to a Starbucks outpost than a full-sized location, this Starbucks doesn’t skimp on service quality. I’ve had some very well-made drinks at this location a number of times in the past, and have been consistently coming back because of that fact alone. The baristas have never gotten anything wrong with my order, and I’ve usually walked away completely satisfied.
