Have to give 1 star to write a review. Let’s start there. The employees here clearly could care less about service or there customers. After ordering two drinks was told ingredients were not available to complete either. One was changed, and then the new drink was subsequently made incorrectly. The reviews about employees talking and carrying on conversations instead of making orders is incredibly accurate as well. So not only did I buy an overpriced drink, missing ingredients, I had to wait and listen to Chelsea talk about her mom being mad she was out late last night. Just shut it down if you aren’t interested in helping customers.

The guys did a great job with my order which was a Venti Americano with Extra Room add Cream & 2 Splendas – spot on. However, they don’t have a microwave to heat up the pastries, which I thought was an odd oversight, but there may be some sort of health code in that area for that.
