The staff working at this location are exceptional. Super nice and my iced coffee always comes out perfect. They keep the store extremely clean. The only downside to this location is the seating leaves something to be desired. Feels like they never have the music going either. Just kind of get your coffee and go location. But otherwise due to the kind nature of the workers here this spot is still five stars IMO.

I had one of the best customer service interactions today at this Starbucks location. As I exited Starbucks today I accidentally dropped my coffee. I walked back into the store with the remainders of the container told the Starbucks girls what happened and asked to order new drink and they didn’t even charge me without batting an eye. They turned what could have been an embarrassing experience into and understanding positive one. I will be back at the Starbucks because of this interaction.

Never had a problem at this store before today. Went in to grab a small cup of coffee. The girl with colored haired showed signs of agitation ,eye rolling and lack of courtesy. No acknowledgement of mistake and showed utter disregard by ignoring my question and speaking over me. It’s not the coffee it’s the lack of professionalism and the fact they felt so comfortable disrespecting a customer that is disturbing
