UPDATE: I realize now I ordered a NITRO brew. Vanilla Sweet Cream is not enough to tone down the strength of the coffee. I will order normal cold brew moving forward. Changing to 5 stars.

As far as drinks/food goes, it’s just like every other Starbucks. As for staff, I do not suggest this location. Staff is constantly talking amongst themselves, ignoring long lines. They seem to take extra special care of their Target peers while providing mediocre service to other customers. One barista, a middle age woman, is CONSTANTLY complaining about management, coworkers, and customers as well as her job. Have yet to see her make a drink!

Last time I went to this starbucks, there were two people working. There was a line of maybe 8-10 people. And one of the workers just up and left to go on break with a line. That is unacceptable. Finish the line then go on your break. The poor kid, who also looked new by the way, was left all alone to ring out and make drinks. Don’t know why she had to up and leave him for the wolves. After myself, there were only 2 more guests. She could have waited, but looks like her break was more important. SHAME!

I go to this Starbucks Drive-Thru every morning on the way to work. Things had been going quite well but for the past week or so the drive-thru line has been getting slower and slower. This morning, it was pouring so I left extra early. I had to wait in line for almost 10 minutes (there was ONE car in front of me). There were four people working but only one on the window and there were no customers in line in the store. It’s lovely that they all had made it to work and could take their time but the bottom line is that I was ten minutes late for work. Let’s go back to the swift service this place used to offer or put someone with a little more customer care back on the window.

. I ordered a black tea with extra cream 5 sugars a grande but in a vendi cup bc I was with my 6 month old and wanted to make sure I wouldn’t spill bc of the extra cream I ordered…. it took 7 mins exactly.(I was the only person in the store).. not really the wait I minded it was that top of the cup was not placed on all the way but almost so that u couldn’t notice.. and was filled to top with of vendi cup even tho I had paid for the the grande Long story short 3 sips in, the top pops off I thankfully only burn myself and the table bc the tea was so over filled. It’s luxury even to go out for tea as a new mom so I don’t enjoy poor service or even poorer presentation of my tea Starbucks is better then that
