Horrible location. Please remove the Starbucks logo and franchise name. This place doesn’t allow you to customize drinks, use stars, the baristas are the worst. They’re all very rude, and make you feel unwelcome. Mohegan Sun please take notice, this is not a positive attribute to your resort. Just a bunch of miserable kids, working here. Shut it down.

Just witnessed two females working on new years day completely yelling at an older couple who were given the wrong order and this worker thought they shouldn’t complain because they got them free .. I didn’t even know there was an initial issue, only saw/heard it because the worker was yelling like a complete derelict. That was Trashy for both Starbucks & Mohegan.

Coffee is inconsistent here.. Even when you order the same thing each time. Please train your staff to make choices the same. This was bitter as hell because the person put the creamer in the cup before putting the coffee in it…. Yes, that makes it bitter because the shots coming out of the machine hit the cold cream and become bitter. Make the coffee first, add the water, then cream LAST.. very basic when making an Americano. It seems every time I order, there are also varying amounts of cream.. and the temp is is VERY different as well. Just a consistent coffee is all I ask for. Also, the register person used the wrong points even though I clarified with her twice before she charged me. Just annoying because you think the absolute basics of making a coffee and charging for it would be pretty easy.. Americano with cream… Yeah, that isn’t exotic at all to have this much inconsistency..

Patient and very nice baristas who made quality drinks, but the cashier situation needs better training. There was a a real lack of knowledge about their products and anything off-menu or short hand for drink types. Felt like I was overcharged but can’t confirm that. Not your typical Starbucks experience.

Overpriced is an understatement, BUT I do like the unique flavors they have for seasonal items. I haven’t had bad service here, but the customer service isn’t what I’d expect. Everyone just seems down to earth to me, but it could come across as too comfortable and unconcerned to other patrons. The line usually moves quick unless customers are being indecisive at the register. I do not get the food items they offer (sandwiches, foldovers) because a coworker of mine got very ill from 1, BUT they do look really good. I will be getting a tall fix from there today though!

I love Starbucks and visit it a lot, but this location is terrible. The cashier was rude and not paying attention. They forgot my order. When they brought it the packet was wet. While I was there, one of the employees dropped a bunch of bottles and broke them. Everything in the fridge was sticky. I will not go there again after last night.

I was there Wednesday morning and the guy on the register had a bad body odor and there was this old lady there I’m assuming the manager and was yelling at her employee to leave the store. That manager then came up to the register and started talking about that poor girl. Never again will I enter that starbucks. If you treat your employees like that I cannot imagine how you people treat the customers.

You can expect everything “Starbucksy.” The culture seems the same and there is nothing extraordinary. Just pay attention to the price before you order so that you dont get surprised. Remember that this is located inside a casino. It means two things: you can expect higher cost but at the same time you can use your mohegan sun momentum points to pay.
