Prices are very high compared to other supermarkets. Never enough registers open. Place could be packed and only 2 registers will be open, although they do have 8 self checkout registers. Produce sometimes not fresh and after a day or two at home begins to rot.

The baristas here are all so wonderful, they are not just hard workers but they have such awesome personalities and they make the mundane experience of getting a Starbucks inside of a grocery store a genuinely pleasant experience. I look forward to coming in for a coffee whenever I stop here

Don’t say you’re open til 8pm if you’re actually already closed at 3:30pm on a Thursday that’s not a holiday. I drove half an hour one way for this and regardless of being a pregnant lady with a VERY specific craving, that kind of false info is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Cassie (the manager) from the Acme Starbucks in Vernon is an absolute delight. She is so sweet and patient and makes the drinks absolutely perfect. We were there and my gf didn’t know what to order and Cassie could tell she was hesitant & she talked to her about her favorite flavors and shared her favorite recipe with us. She did not have to humor us but she did and made our whole experience absolutely perfect. We now go to this location everytime because of her and the quality of service and drinks. 10/10

Came here at 7pm espresso machine was broken so no hot or iced coffee. I figured that was just an excuse to close earlier since the barista was chilling with her friends waiting on her to finish up. I was right!!
