I really like the matcha frappucino at Starbucks, and also have ordered the same custom for this drink for couple years. I sometimes order matcha drink at this location when I’m rush cause this is the nearest one to my house. However, I have no good experience of ordering here 3 times recently.

This would absolutely be the ideal location for my daily coffee/order. On the highway exit no long drive thru line (which I now understand why). I went inside once to pick up my order and the girl on the drive thru speaker speaking to people seemed very pleasant. So today I decided to just use the drive thru which I normally avoid due to sadly more often than not rude people. The young man asks what I want I preceded to say good morning (me the customer which should be standard for greeting to a customer I still did it myself) I said I have an order for Madi he said OK let me check, he says OK you can move forward.. erm can I add a splash of soy on the side and a Trenta water pls. He said they might charge you for that. Till this moment I have no problem I said well it’s just a splash it’s free in the app not even 2 oz, he says “WAIT” I said no need to snap it’s not even 8 am why the rude attitude. He says I need to ask my manager. ( Ask your manager for what? To give me a side of soy? ) I said u can ask her or charge me just don’t give me attitude over 50 cents. He cuts me off and says ma’am you can come to the window. At this point I pull around and walk inside like I usually do and should’ve done to avoid unhappy rude ppl they choose for the drive thru. The manager seems so pleasant and is handing me my drinks and I proceeded to tell her I don’t care abt the 50 cents it’s the attitude I have a problem with my order is over 17 dollars and I am being yelled at for maybe having to charge me. Charge me effin 5 dollars just don’t give me attitude. I was upset and shaking I told I actually don’t want the order, I am late for work, have no coffee and upset before 8 am. All over 50 cents. She said well we normally charge over 4 oz . I said I didn’t even want 1 oz Id much rather he charge me for a spalsh and not give me that attitude. She refunded whatever she did and the black girl behind the counter yells “privilege” not sure where the privilege is for a grown adult with a demanding job and an hour commute wanting a coffee after placing an order for 17 dollars instead of getting it and being told to have a good day. I get bashed by a kid. Good luck young man. I worked at Starbucks over a summer after I got my masters degree waiting on a certification to practice my career. Not once was I rude to costumers. If they are paying over 5 dollars for a coffee they better be having it handed to them by pleasant people.

Absolutely horrible experience this evening. Very rude baristas and a very rude “shift” who obviously wasn’t a shift because they couldn’t solve my issue. I believe her name tag said “Dana” it’s not that hard to make my drink and Adriana has to ask me a million questions about my drink meanwhile the whole time they are laughing and joking around with no care. There is no excuse when I am the only person there to wait 5 minutes for a pour over. They are incredibly simple. This Starbucks is absolutely the worst and to top it off they are all wearing the union pins and just not a good vibe. I would never go here again as you’ll probably get food poisoning. I hope this store gets shut down and built into something better because it’s a failure of a store and shame on the “shift” there for letting this Dana girl act like the shift. I will be going back to get a refund

Update 8/16/2023: I decided to give them a try again this morning and I overheard the barista at the drive-thru arguing with a customer about wanting something extra. The customer ended up coming inside to get a refund because she was upset that they were arguing with her and one of the other girls shouted, “Privilege…” when she was being refunded. I don’t know what kind of training is going on here, but I think I’m completely done with this location.

I order from her frequently on the app, my drink is always made correctly and ready when they say it will be. The only issue is the parking lot is too small when they are busy. The drive through line backs up so bad that you can’t get into the parking lot to park in a space without waiting in the drive through line and if you do park good luck getting out of that parking spot when you go to leave with all of the drive through cars taking up the entire tight parking lot

So I go to the drive through at 630am on a Sunday—I am the only person in line. Ask for my normal Venti Dark Roast and told they don’t serve dark roast until 730. Asked for a pour over which is a normal option available at any Starbucks. Was told that “their policy is they don’t do pour overs as they take too long”. I said I would wait for it but they refused to make it. I asked to speak to the manager and she says she is the manager. I asked for her name so that I could call and make a complaint and she she accuses me of wanting to stalk her or possibly become an active shooter. Wow. I have had problems at this location in the past but they always did it. Unbelievable

Honestly this one is just as bad as Chapel avenue. They rarely give you a full drink. Always so slow because they are so busy. Who in their right mind pays $6 for “room” in their drink?! I want every last ounce and no I don’t want it watered down with extra ice. I’m honestly done with Starbucks they disappoint me time and time again and I keep thinking next time will be different but it’s not. They don’t have pride in what they put out to their customers. The barista should feel some kind of way setting this out for pick up like oh let me fix that but nope. Get it together I’m just asking for a full drink that I paid full price for!!!!!
