Very disappointed. Went there especially for 3- 4 lbs of their thumprint cookies and first of all no there even knew what I was talking about they kept asking if I was sure it wasn’t macaroons. I finally saw a lady who I thought I remembered ftom the years I went there and she said yes thumbprint. They haven’t been sending them. I get them every year. BIG disappointment. Maybe next year

My ratings are only for the Starbucks in Mount Holly, NJ, Medford, NJ, and Mount Laurel, NJ. I visited the Starbucks at the rest stop on the Atlantic city expressway. Terrible is the one word I would use to describe how slow the line was, the customer service, and my drink was made wrong. Stay away from this location.

If hell had a Starbucks, this would be it. The “staff” are angry and mean. It took 15 min to get a pumpkin bread and unheated coffee cake. The people working there did not care about customers, were sloppy in making drinks, and the overall Starbucks was messy and unclean. I even got yelled at by one of the staff for trying to see if a good item had my name on the front of the bag!

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Staff were extremely rude and acted like they didn’t even want to be there. We ended up leaving without our drinks because the barista took our order and then proceeded to tell us they were closed…? She was very disrespectful to me and the customer before me.
