Today was the second time I’ve been charged incorrectly for my drink. I order a grande blonde vanilla latte with almond milk which usually comes out to a little over $5. Just because the employees don’t understand that this latte is a menu item, they charge me extra for the blonde shot. I shouldn’t be paying over $6 for my drink just because the employees aren’t aware of what’s on their menu.

These guys charged 50 ¢ for “a cup of ice”. I come to Starbucks at least 3 times a week. I never heard about Starbucks are doing business like this. And I have to wait 10 people in front of me. Definitely bad experience!!!

A Starbucks that does not accept any star reward. And it doesn’t participate in the online order system of Starbucks. It is more expensive that other Starbucks in the area as well. Good that they took my Starbucks card as payment, so I know it is not a fake Starbucks.
