This is the best starbucks I have been to in some time while living in Long Island. The staff is super friendly and funny, you can tell how inviting they are even though they are on the other side of the counter. Desiree and Dani I believe are there name’s are beast behind the counter, from what i’ve seen they know what they are doing for sure.

OMG are you kidding me I just left the drive thru after spending 23 minutes on line. I entered from Sunrise for drive thru and others are entering from the parking lot from the other side of the store. Who goes first cars were not letting them in a very bad set-up. I should have gone back coffe not as hot as usual and very weak I ordered a latte. Review your drive thru signage . Starbucks had declined at the drive thru window Many things need fixing.

Came in June 26th around 2 pm and I saw a cup I liked so I took it to the register and they said “we can’t sell this until tomorrow.” I asked why it was out for sale if they couldn’t sell it. The barista said, “We put it out the day before to get ready.” I’ve worked retail before. I thought to myself why would they put it out at 2 pm instead of waiting until closing time. Ok no biggie. I bought the cup about 30 minutes later at Starbucks in Target. On this same visit I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Bagel comes out, barista apologizes and informs me there isn’t any cream cheese. She does however offer me a different sandwich free of charge.

At this specific starbucks location I’ve noticed majority of the staff are disrespectful with no manners on how to treat a customer. Especially the one named ‘MATT’. Every time i come to this location I unfortunately get him as my cashier. he always has some rude snarky remark and purposely finds ways to wrong my order. Like today he said he couldn’t do “less water” to my drink bc it’s “policy”. Clearly your “policy “ isn’t that professional bc they had no problem with you working with a multi colored perm a few months ago, looking like you work at 5 nights at freddie’s. Before you come at customers with your dry sarcastic personality, take a look in the mirror bc your misery reflects on your face. don’t forget you work at starbucks making MY drink

I love this Starbucks! Has to be one of my favorite Starbucks I had been to. They are always so friendly and their refreshers are incredible and I love how they make them perfect and not completely watered down. I also, love their sandwiches and how they are no greasy when they hand it to you. Overall, AWESOME job Starbucks! I am so happy to had found this place.

I’ve been going here since they opened up and they keep messing up my order! I always get Mango Dragon fruit refresher. With it I ask for no lce and they give me so I have to tell them no ice. And I also ask for passion tango tea to make it the color but they don’t understand it and I have to tell them or show them a reference. All the other starbursts they get my Order right but this place doesn’t! And this is not what I wanted! But I’ll drink it anyways.

Was excited that a Starbucks opened up in Bellmore. Nice large windows and decor, which gives it a bright welcoming feeling compared to other Starbucks. What I don’t understand is why the hand wash sink and air dryer is outside the bathroom. I guess to keep people from taking a bath in the sink? The slotted partition doesn’t do much to block it. Seems annoying and unappealing watching people washing their hands and hearing the air dryer in full view of the rest of the store. Plus there looked to be a homeless guy camping out in the outdoor seating area.
