Employees were too busy gossiping to realize I was standing there. Accidentally mobile orders to the wrong location and was told it’s not their problem and to go to the other store down the street. Absolutely horrible customer service and needs training. I’llstick to my other Starbucks 5 seconds away.

Employee was very rude. Put my change in tip jar without even asking. Got attitude because I asked for it back. Cold coffee with grounds in it. Way too many other Starbucks in the surrounding area for me to come back here! Absolutely disgusting
