Went in there this afternoon and asked for a matcha latte. The guy that was working was extremely rude and impatient with me because I said matcha instead of green tea. I had to walk away because it really threw me off the way he reacted. I appreciate how hard this location works to serve their customers but his attitude was extremely off putting and I will not be returning.

The drinks are never as good here as the usual locations I go to. Unfortunately the majority of Starbucks in my area close as early as 7pm & the latest is 8:30pm. So if I’m in the vicinity of this location & want a coffee then I come here. This time I was told that the espresso machine was cleaning & they couldn’t make me anything with espresso in. The only thing I could have hot is tea. Went out of my way to come here & traveling is way too expensive now adays to start cleaning your equipment before closing time. I get every1 wants to go home at the end of the night but if you don’t want to work at a place that is open to customers until 11pm then you should find another place to work. When I go out of my way to a business that serves coffee until 11pm I don’t expect to have a menu with only hot tea on it at 10:45 because they want to leave early.

Absolutely disgusting behavior at this Starbucks. My girlfriend went ahead and ordered what she had wanted, she had been struggling to order two things from this Starbucks in fright of being judged. She had finally came to doing so and the worker had the audacity to reply with “god damn what else do you want.” If this man is still working when I get back to campus I will have to take this to the higher heads of the business and am not afraid to do so. Absolutely disgusting behavior met in a university Starbucks. Nobody should be talking to anyone with this kind of manner. I’m here to speak up for someone who is hurt from this and now doesn’t want to step into Starbucks again. Fix this problem because it’s not right in this day of age.

They did not honour my free refill. They have Starbucks sign outside the store, Starbucks app works there, so customer would not have a clue that this is not a regular Starbucks yet get scammed me here saying they don’t do refills here. Starbucks should revoke their license or stop the app working here just like the ones at super markets. In addition, they did not understand what bold black venti coffee is, had to spend minutes explaining what I wanted, received strange glance and heard laughters after I received the coffee, very bad customer experience indeed. Would not go there again.

Ordered a classic Starbucks coffee. While it wasn’t great, it wasn’t bad and the atmosphere was fantastic. There were plenty of places to sit and many different options. I chose a high top in the window area to watch the snow. The interior was clean and we’ll maintained.

I am convinced that this is the absolute worst Starbucks in the area. I once found an insect preserved INSIDE an ice cube. Gross. Drinks are never properly made and the latest fault involved them promising me a vegan cookie and then giving me kitchen sink… I had to go back to the cafe and talk to three people to get my money back. Not only am I vegan, I have a dairy allergy – the consumption of that cookie would have been dangerous. Please train your employees – it would have been much better to hear “sorry, we don’t have vegan Macadamia Oat” instead of claiming to have it and putting a kitchen sink in my bag.

Literally just had the most awful experience at this Starbucks. Ordered a Grande Nitro Cold Brew, but wanted it made in a Venti cup and topped with ice (i prefer it extra chilled and slightly diluted). Was REFUSED the order because the staff thought I wanted a venti nitro, which yes you legally cannot sell because of the nitrogen content. They couldn’t understand my simple request of making the nitro as a grande, and then just pouring it into a venti cup. When I told them that you actually can do this (I’m a shift at a real Starbucks), they proceeded to tell me I was wrong and to either order the drink as is or GET OUT OF LINE. The poor barista who was taking my order was clearly new and trying her best, but the management staff there was very rude to me, namely an individual called Philip. When asked if I could just get a my drink and a Venti cup so I COULD POUR IT IN THE CUP I WANTED, he loudly refused my request. Not sure what happened to the Starbucks motto of satisfying every customer, but this location clearly does not follow that… and after being a loyal, daily customer to this store for 6 months now, I’ll sadly be getting my Starbucks from another store.

I tried ordering a flat white and the barista had no idea what I was talking about. I am a barista at another location so I tried to explain what the drink was and was told by the barista I was “a dumba**.” On top of that they wouldn’t take my partner number for a discount. Not my first experience with this… bad store
